Root to Branch Wellness uses this website to explain our services and help you contact Mandi Sawyer. This notice describes the general website and its optional analytics, not clinical records.
General inquiries
The contact form sends your name, email address and message to the practice so we can respond. Please do not send medical, health or confidential information through this form or ordinary email. Call 612-708-9762 for questions about arranging care.
Our website and contact delivery use Amazon Web Services. If email delivery fails, the website can retain the inquiry temporarily for recovery rather than lose it. That recovery queue expires messages after 14 days. Email and practice records have their own handling and retention.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand general visits and actions such as opening booking or calling links. We do not send your contact-form contents or health details to website Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are not enabled by our website code.
The website records your cookie choice in your browser. Optional Analytics can use browser cookies after you allow it. Declining does not prevent you from reading pages, contacting us or booking.
Appointment booking
Booking links open our separate Zoho Bookings site. Its forms and cookie behavior are separate from this website's choice. Please do not enter personal health details into appointment request fields.
